Meditate or Pray

I can not tell you how much prayer and meditation have saved me in times of trouble.  I often say walk with Faith…No matter what you believe prayer and meditation will relieve stress and get you through …

I often pray or meditate over problems and situations for clarity and a sense of calm.  I wake up early when my world is quiet and look out the window and sit quietly.  I listen to the birds chirp or the fountain outside my bathroom window,  that happens to be a Buddha. I have many facets of faith and have chanted Buddhism over the years and also have many mantras that I use with my girls.  I say to them let’s all say together ” I am Beautiful …I am Good”…Ever since they were little.

Prayer and Meditation can also give you deeper rest as well as decrease anxiety and prevent depression.  It feels good to sometimes just to sit with your self and be still .  A journal is a good way to clear your mind and jot down your thoughts or even worries.  Make meditation or prayer part of your life.
